- Morning pickup: Same day up to 6:00 p.m. for chemistry, hematology, and urinalysis. All other tests 8:00 a.m. next morning (Monday–Friday)
- Afternoon/evening pickup: 8:00 a.m. next morning (Monday–Saturday)
Results delivery according to pickup day:
- Morning pickup: Same day up to 6:00 p.m. for chemistry, hematology, and urinalysis. All other tests up to 6:00 p.m. next day (Monday–Friday)

Note: For fecal specimens submitted by the pet owner using the IDEXX FecalChek Home Collection Kit, results are reported the next day following receipt at the laboratory.

- 2 hours or less by an IDEXX clinical pathologist available 24/7/365
Results delivery for all pickups, according to day of arrival at the lab:
- Standard Cytology: 3–5 days (Monday–Friday)
- Priority Cytology: 1–2 days (Monday–Friday)
Results delivery for all pickups, according to day of arrival at the lab:
- Standard Biopsy: 3–5 days (Monday–Friday)
- Priority Biopsy: 2–3 days (7 days/week)
- Complex Biopsy: 5–7 days (7 days/week)
Note: Complex Biopsy results are typically final within 5–7 days. Depending on the level of complexity for specimen assessment, dissection, and processing (including adequate fixation and/or decalcification), results may take up to 14 days. Specimens involving teeth may take up to 21 days due to decalcification time.
