Online billing available for U.S. customers
For your convenience, the IDEXX Invoice Gateway provides online access to your practice's invoices and statements 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can view a copy of any invoice, sort invoices by key criteria, search for invoices, download data into your accounting package, and print invoices. U.S. and Canadian customers can pay bills online with Invoice Gateway, including paying by direct debit.

Statements by email or fax
If you decide not to use the IDEXX Invoice Gateway, you can choose to receive your invoices and monthly statements either by email or fax.
Go to idexx.com/statementform and select the format you prefer. If you choose email, your selection will take effect as soon as you click the link provided in the authentication email. If you choose fax, your selection will take effect the next business day.
