IDEXX Bovine Laboratory Services Referral Program

  1. TO QUALIFY: Refer a dairy or beef producer to the service by speaking directly to the producer or facilitating communication between your IDEXX Veterinary Diagnostic or Inside Sales Consultant and the producer. The producer must sign an IDEXX Partnership Agreement which includes a commitment to minimum sample submission volume. Referred producer must include your name along with your email address or phone number at the time their Partnership Agreement is signed.
  2. PRIZE DETAILS: The lobster dinner will be awarded in the form of a gift card, with a value of $300.00 from Harbor Fish Market, Portland, ME. If this prize is unavailable for any reason, the value will be switched to a VISA gift card.
  3. TO RECEIVE YOUR PRIZE: You will be contacted by IDEXX within three weeks of a completed referral submission. Two attempts will be made to reach you using the contact information provided to us. You will have one week to respond after the final attempt. You must respond to provide us with your preferred delivery method and location. Gift card will be mailed within one month of your response.

This program is for a limited time, and subject to change or termination at IDEXX’s sole discretion without prior notice.

The gift card will include instructions for your order. Note: as lobster prices fluctuate, total number of lobsters that can be purchased on any gift card may vary.

  1. TO QUALIFY: Sign an IDEXX Partnership Agreement, which includes a commitment to minimum sample submission volume, during the span of this limited-time offer.
  2. PRIZE DETAILS:Prize is a $600.00 gift card, redeemable only at traegergrills.com. If this prize is unavailable for any reason, the value will be switched to a VISA gift card.
  3. TO RECEIVE YOUR PRIZE: Provide your email address to your IDEXX Veterinary Diagnostics Consultant after signing a Bovine Laboratory Services Partnership Agreement. Within one month you will be emailed your gift card.
