Mr. Dixon became Senior Vice President and Chief Software Engineering Officer in February 2016 and leads the Customer Facing Software group. Joining IDEXX in 2011, Mr. Dixon served as our Senior Director of Customer Facing Software before being promoted to Vice President of Customer Facing Software in November of 2013. Prior to joining IDEXX, Mr. Dixon served as Vice President of Software Development for Bottomline Technologies, a global provider of payments and invoice automation software and services. He has also served as Principle Architect at WEX, Inc., and has consulted with several companies offering guidance on architecture improvements, the implementation of software development teams, and forward-thinking, cloud-based technologies. Mr. Dixon earned his Bachelor of Science from Alfred University in 1985.
