Mr. Tracy has been a Senior Vice President of IDEXX Customer Experience since July 2025. Prior to joining IDEXX, he held various leadership positions at WEX Inc. from May 2018 to June 2025, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Service and Operations from October 2024 to June 2025. Prior to his tenure at WEX, Mr. Tracy has held various leadership positions of increasing responsibility with Unum Group between 2002 and 2018, including Vice President of Operational Effectiveness and Customer Experience. Mr. Tracy has also had prior roles as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Co. and an attorney in private practice at Ropes & Gray LLP. Mr. Tracy received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Colby College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
