Ms. Chang Britt served as the President/Divisional CEO, Pepperidge Farm Ltd. and Senior Vice President, Global Baking and Snacking at Campbell Soup Company from 2012 until her retirement in 2015. From 2005 to 2012, she held several leadership roles at Campbell Soup Company, including Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer from 2010 to 2012, President, Foodservice, North America from 2008 to 2010 and Vice President and General Manager, Sauces and Beverages from 2005 to 2008. Before joining Campbell Soup Company, Ms. Chang Britt served in various senior leadership roles at Kraft Foods, Inc., including Senior Vice President and General Manager, Salted Snacks from 2004 to 2005, Vice President, Snacks from 2001 to 2004 and Vice President and Leader, Biscuits and Snacks, Canada from 2000 to 2001. Prior to Kraft Foods, Inc., Ms. Chang Britt held positions of increasing responsibility at Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Ms. Chang Britt holds an undergraduate degree in Anthropology from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.
Qualifications
Through her executive leadership roles at Campbell Soup Company and Kraft Foods, Inc., including leading a major line of business as divisional CEO and serving as Chief Strategy Officer, Ms. Chang Britt brings extensive executive leadership, corporate strategy and commercial and marketing experience to the Board. In addition, Ms. Chang Britt’s public company board experience, including her service as chair of human capital and compensation committees, provides a deep understanding and valuable perspectives regarding human capital management and executive compensation matters to our Board.
