Amit Gupta

IDEXX Senior Vice President and Chief Digital & Information Officer

Mr. Gupta has been our Senior Vice President and Chief Digital & Information Officer since November 2025. In this role, he leads our Enterprise Information Technology function and collaborates across the organization to enable digital optimization and transformation. Prior to joining IDEXX, Mr. Gupta held various information technology leadership positions of increasing seniority at Danaher Corporation from 2013 to 2025, including most recently as Chief Digital and Information Officer of Abcam plc, part of Danaher’s Life Sciences segment, from January 2024 to May 2025 and Vice President, IT DIGITAL Customer Experience & Commerce of Danaher Life Science Innovation Group from March 2022 to May 2025. Before his tenure at Danaher, he held various information technology management roles across a range of industries, including commercial banking, industrial manufacturing, and semiconductors, and was an information technology consultant. Mr. Gupta holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Mumbai University, a Masters of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems from Temple University, and an MBA from Nanyang Business School at Nanyang Technological University.
