Here’s another top-requested feature we’ve checked off the list: now you can easily record when clients decline a product or service. That information will be added to the patient record with the option to print on the estimate or invoice you share with the client.
- Items on the estimate or consultation can be declined from the menu button; once declined the item drops to the bottom of the page, where you can enter the reason the client declined it.
- Client changed their mind? Just click the Revert button, and the item appears back on the estimate or consultation.
- A history of declined items appears in the patient record on the Consults tab; items are in a contrasting color for visibility. And new filters have been added so you can easily sort by invoiced items only as well as declined.
