Not only can you choose to lock medical notes to prevent further edits, Neo also lets you control who can edit notes and track edit history; so you know exactly who made what edits when.
 

New features: Linked services (August ’18)

Each time you invoice clients for a vaccine, preventive, or procedure, you want the right items and quantities removed from inventory. But creating a procedure template to do that eats up valuable time. Forget that: let Neo deplete your inventory automatically at checkout by linking inventory items to those invoiceable products in the Product detail.
