Contest Rules
- HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary to enter. You must be 18 years or older. Simply complete the information
on the registration form above.
- PRIZE: iPod® touch, a value of $399.00 plus tax.
- DRAWING: The winners will be selected in a random drawing by IDEXX from the pool of entries recieved as of
November 2008. IDEXX’s decisions are final on all matters relating to this drawing. Odds of winning depend upon the
number of eligible entries received.
- WINNER NOTIFICATION: IDEXX will notify winner(s) by phone or by mail. Winner(s) must claim the prize within 14
days after notification.
- IDEXX EMPLOYEES: Employees of IDEXX or its affiliates, and the immediate families of each, are not eligible to
enter. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Offer void wherever prohibited by law. No substitution or
transfer of prizes permitted. The winner(s) are solely responsible for all federal, state and local income and other taxes
on prizes. Acceptance of the prize offer constitutes permission to use winner’s name, biographical information and/or
likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
