Coliform/E. coli Results in 18 Hours
	Colilert-18 is a test used for the detection of coliforms and E.coli in drinking water that gives you results in just 18 hours.

With Colilert-18, you can:

• Read afternoon samples the next morning—before the next day's samples arrive

• Provide results in record time for real estate, new well, and new construction samples

• Colorless = negative
  
• Yellow = total coliforms
  
• Yellow/fluorescent = E. coli

Step 2.
Pour into Quanti-Tray® (counts from 1-200) or Quanti-Tray®/2000 (counts from 1-2,419).

Step 3.
Seal in Quanti-Tray® Sealer and place in 35 °C incubator for 18 hours.

• Yellow wells = total coliforms
• Yellow/fluorescent wells = E. coli
