Coliform/E. coli Results in 24 Hours

A read window that lasts
between 24 and 48 hours
Colisure coliform/E.coli results are definitive at 24 hours and can be read for up to 48 hours for convenience. This test's distinct magenta color means there's no mistaking a positive result. Colisure also suppresses high levels of non-coliforms
including aeromonas.
Colisure is US EPA-approved and is included in Standard Methods for Examination of Water and Wastewater.

Step 1.
Add reagent to sample and incubate 24 hours.

Step 2.
Read results:
- Yellow = negative
- Magenta = total coliforms
- Magenta/fluorescent = E. coli

Add reagent to sample. |

Step 2.
Pour into Quanti-Tray® (counts from 1-200) or Quanti-Tray®/2000 (counts from 1-2,419).

Step 3.
Seal in Quanti-Tray® Sealer and place in incubator for 24 hours.

Step 4.
Quanti-Tray-read results:
- Magenta wells = total coliforms
- Magenta/fluorescent wells = E. coli

- Magenta wells = total coliforms
- Magenta/fluorescent wells = E. coli
