IDEXX Cornerstone® Coaching is designed to help you reach your practice goals, such as becoming paper-light and improving utilization and efficiencies. We offer customized Web-based training, on-site coaching and remote analysis services with an IDEXX Performance Improvement Specialist who works with you to assess existing skills, get specific Cornerstone feature training and empower your staff to measure and manage their performance.

Cornerstone Coaching offers targeted, flexible solutions, whether you need to educate new or existing staff or have specific practice goals that require advanced instruction. In order to understand your unique coaching needs, we recommend as a first step that you complete the online IDEXX Discovery Tool. Next, we suggest utilizing one or more of the analysis services so you can gain a better understanding of Cornerstone usage within your practice setting. And then, our remote and on-site Cornerstone Coaching options reference the knowledge acquired from the analysis services and apply best practices to help you achieve your practice goals. Since Cornerstone Coaching plans can vary just as much as practice objectives do, we invite you to choose a customized path within the Cornerstone Coaching offerings to meet your educational objectives.

Cornerstone Database Analysis

The setup of client, patient and medical information has a significant impact on the efficiency of your practice.

You will receive:

Improve your most challenging aspect of practice management—inventory.

You will receive:
