IDEXX Reference Laboratories to Offer GREER® Veterinary Allergy Testing [Trade]
WESTBROOK, Maine, May 14, 2012—IDEXX Reference Laboratories announces it has entered into an agreement with GREER® to offer veterinarians serum allergy testing and immunotherapy. By combining GREER’s expertise with the nationwide network of IDEXX Reference Laboratories, veterinarians can now effectively test and treat their atopic canine, feline and equine patients with the convenience of industry-leading service and support.

IDEXX Laboratories Announces First Quarter Results
WESTBROOK, Maine, April 20, 2012—IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. (NASDAQ: IDXX), today reported that revenues for the first quarter of 2012 increased 10% to $322.7 million, from $292.7 million for the first quarter of 2011. Organic revenue growth1 was 10%. Earnings per diluted share (“EPS”) for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 increased 16% to $0.72, compared to $0.62 for the same period in the prior year.
