Online billing available for U.S. customers
For your convenience, the IDEXX Invoice Gateway provides online access to your practice’s invoices and statements 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can view a copy of any invoice, sort invoices by key criteria, search for invoices, download data into your accounting package, print invoices and pay bills online, including paying by direct debit. The Invoice Gateway is currently available only in the U.S.
Enrollment is free—just click the Enroll link below.
If you’ve already signed up, click Sign In to go to your Invoice Gateway account.
Statements by email or fax
If you decide not to use the IDEXX Invoice Gateway, you can choose to receive your invoices and monthly statements either by email or fax.
Go to idexx.com/statementform, and select the format you prefer. If you choose email, your selection will take effect as soon as you click the link provided in the authentication email. If you choose fax, your selection will take effect the next business day.
