IDEXX Laboratories Launches Cornerstone® Online Support Center [Trade]
A new Web-based center for self-service technical support and more!

Westbrook, Maine, January 9, 2007IDEXX Computer Systems, a division of IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. (NASDAQ:IDXX), announces a new online support center—www.cornerstonehelp.com—for its IDEXX Cornerstone® software customers.

GlobeThis new support service features intuitive self-help search tools, where customers with active support contracts can find answers to frequently asked questions regarding their Cornerstone system. Through Cornerstone’s extensive knowledge base of information, customers can get help troubleshooting issues 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The online support center also has links to other IDEXX online services, including education courses and educational reference material, supplies ordering, Cornerstone newsletters, and more. Customers can also offer suggestions on enhancements they would like to see incorporated into future releases of the Cornerstone software.
