From Maine Turnpike (95 North or South)
- Take Exit 45 (Maine Mall exit, formerly Exit 7) from the turnpike.
- After the tollbooth, turn right onto the Maine Mall Road/Airport ramp.
- At the traffic light at the end of the ramp, turn right onto Maine Mall Road.
- Continue through three traffic lights. At the fourth light, turn left onto Running Hill Road.
- After you cross the highway overpass, enter the Sable Oaks complex on your right. Take your first left at the Marriott sign onto Sable Oaks Drive.
- The annual meeting is held in the Casco Bay Ballroom.
From 295 South
- Take the Maine Mall Road/Maine Turnpike exit.
- Take the off ramp marked "Maine Mall Road" (you will exit before the tollbooth). Stay left on the ramp (the sign will say "Airport").
- At the traffic light at the end of the ramp, turn right onto Maine Mall Road.
- Continue through three traffic lights. At the fourth light, turn left onto Running Hill Road.
- After you cross the highway overpass, enter the Sable Oaks complex on your right. Take your first left at the Marriott sign on Sable Oaks Drive.

From IDEXX Laboratories (One IDEXX Drive, Westbrook, Maine)
- Take a right out of the IDEXX parking lot onto Eisenhower Drive.
- At end of Eisenhower Drive, turn right onto Spring Street.
- Follow Spring Street straight through one traffic light (intersection with Route 22) and one blinking light (with Portland Newspapers on right).
- At next traffic light (next to Anthem Blue Cross), turn left onto Running Hill Road.
- Travel past the traffic light at the Target Plaza.
- Approximately 1/10 mile beyond Target Plaza, turn left to enter the Sable Oaks complex (stone sign). Take your first left at the Marriott sign on Sable Oaks Drive.
- The annual meeting is held in the Casco Bay Ballroom.
From IDEXX Laboratories (One Riverfront Plaza, Westbrook, Maine)
- Take a left out of Dana Court onto Bridge Street.
- At the traffic light intersection with Maine Street, take a left onto Main Street.
- Take your first right onto Spring Street.
- Follow Spring Street straight for 2.3 miles, through one traffic light (intersection with Route 22)
and one blinking light (with Portland Newspapers on right).
- At the third traffic light (next to Anthem Blue Cross), turn left onto Running Hill Road.
- Travel past the traffic light at the Target Plaza.
- Approximately .1 mile past Target Plaza, turn left to enter the Sable Oaks complex (stone monument).
Take your first left at the Marriott sign on Sable Oaks Drive.
From IDEXX Laboratories (One Thomas Drive, Westbrook, Maine)
- Take a left out of the IDEXX parking lot onto Thomas Drive.
- At end of Thomas Drive, turn left onto Spring St.
- Follow Spring Street straight through one blinking light (with Portland Newspapers on right).
- At next traffic light (next to Anthem Blue Cross), turn left onto Running Hill Road.
- Travel past the traffic light at the Target Plaza.
- Approximately 1/10 mile beyond Target Plaza, turn left to enter the Sable Oaks complex (stone sign). Take your first left at the Marriott sign on Sable Oaks Drive.

From IDEXX Laboratories (Six Ashley Drive, Scarborough, Maine)
- Take a left out of the IDEXX parking lot onto Payne Road.
- Travel north on Payne Road for 0.7 mile and turn left onto Cummings Road.
- Travel 0.6 mile on Cummings Road to the first major intersection.
- Turn right onto Running Hill Road and go through the first set of traffic lights (Target Plaza).
- Take the first left after the traffic lights to enter Sable Oaks Drive. Take the first left at the Marriott sign at the top of the hill.

From Portland International Jetport
- Follow the exit signs toward Portland to the end of International Parkway, where it intersects with Route 9/Johnson Road.
- At the traffic light, turn left onto Route 9/Johnson.
- Continue through the next set of traffic lights, enter the right lane and bear right toward the Maine Mall.
- Continue through two traffic lights. At the third traffic light (with the car dealership on your right) turn right onto Running Hill Road.
- After you cross the highway overpass, enter the Sable Oaks complex on your right. Take your first left at the Marriott sign on Sable Oaks Drive.
